The U.S. Virgin Islands has reverted to its "Stay-at-Home" phase of the Territory's COVID-19 pandemic response.
As of August 13, 2020, accommodations providers (hotels, villas, Bed-and-Breakfasts, guest houses, sharing economy and Airbnb properties, temporary vacation housing, charter vessels, or any similar businesses) have ordered not to accept or book any new leisure reservations for thirty (30) days, unless the Governor’s Executive Order is lifted sooner, extended or amended.
Reservations may only be accepted for business travelers, flight crews, emergency personnel, and government workers with written authorization from the relevant government agency.
Beginning Wednesday, August 19, 2020, accommodations providers (as described above) are prohibited from admitting or checking-in any leisure guests for thirty (30) days, unless the Executive Order is lifted sooner, extended or amended.
